Next generation Lockmaster launched at Glassbuild

British door lock manufacturer Paddock Fabrications used their presence at Glassbuild 2010 to showcase the latest range of Lockmaster multi-point door locks, for Eurogroove based systems. The new locks which boast austenitic stainless steel faceplate and locking points, universal handle preparation and optional anti-slam mechanism; have already attained significant DP ratings in recent Dade County testing.

The new system which is available in both 6’8” and 8’ standard sizes has been carefully designed to also accommodate a wide range of custom sizes and all of the locks in the range can be fitted with the Lockmaster high performance shoot bolts for customers wishing offer higher levels of security and weather proofing or for those requiring DP accreditation.

Export Manager for Paddock, Jonathan Walker told us, “We have been delighted with the interest shown in the Lockmaster system; we have spent a lot of time in ensuring that this product offering is right for the North American market and Glassbuild has helped confirm that we have produced what the market asked us for”.

Paddock also exhibited their range of all brass handle sets showing both traditional and contemporary designs, including a proposed option for clients who wish to use a Euro-cylinder rather than the traditional trim sets.

“Glassbuild is a great platform for us to develop the Lockmaster brand and to support our distributors throughout North America, we have a great product and this gives us the opportunity to demonstrate the benefits and advantages of our system, on a face-to-face basis with our target audience.”
