We are pleased to offer a comprehensive manifest of resources and testing equipment - aswell as the option to specify bespoke testing/endurance tests which we will engineer in house.

Accredited Testing
In an accredited test the product is tested in relation to a specific standard and in accordance with approved test methods.

Developmental Testing
Developmental testing often involves unique tests for products on behalf of the client. We have extensive experience with a broad variety of customised tests, including mechanical loading, wear, strength of materials, corrosion, heat and cold resistance.

Modification Testing

Testing for product modifications is one aspect of quality control during manufacture aimed at ensuring that product properties are maintained in mass production.

We ensure long-term security when identical tests must be carried out over a long period of time. A full list of standards of Accreditation to which we test are available on the UKAS website.


One of our specialities is developing innovative testing methods for specific requirements. Along with our extensive laboratory of testing benches, we custom design and manufacture modules to test specific products, under specific criteria and conditions.

This is particularly useful for new market products, or for export to international markets with differing standards’ requirements.  It is also provides the scope to test performance under unusual or exceptional operational conditions.

This facility has proven invaluable for designers and manufacturers alike - and enables testing criteria to be fulfilled, from our independent laboratory, for any accreditation that is required by the market sector.
