Timber doors
Doorsets
Our timber doors are supplied as integrated door and ironmongery sets, factory finished, so that there is minimal on site installation.
The benefits of integrated solutions
Installing timber door cassettes allows delivery and fitting of doorsets much later in the construction schedule. This reduces the likelihood of damage and helps construction teams to optimise cost schedules.
Scheduling service
Our scheduling service is carried out by trained professionals and offers the additional benefits of:
- better management of risk
- rationalisation of products
- streamlining of costs
- maintenance of appropriate security levels across the total project.
High security
With Safeguard Doors we are the first timber door company to achieve LPS 1175 issue 5 level 4. This enables us to offer the highest levels of security for timber composite doors, and are approved by the British Government.
Reduce losses during construction
Ironmongery is one of the most vulnerable commodities on a construction site because of its high value and ‘portability’. By supplying doorsets, where only non-flush fitting items are assembled on site, this reduces fitting times and opportunities for high value ironmongery to go missing.
Standards
We supply timber doors to match all the relevant industry standards, including durability, acoustic, fire, WLC, and sustainability. We can provide doors that are fire rated to 120 minutes, achieve an acoustics rating of up to 40 decibels and performance ratings up to ‘Severe duty’, as well as DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) compliant doors.
Quality
Doorsets are now widely recognised by clients, specifiers and contractors as the simplest means of achieving consistent quality and best value. By assembling in controlled conditions using the latest technology we can achieve a level of workmanship that cannot be achieved with traditional site assembly.
